You must be at least 16 years old to apply for this licence, but entitlement to drive a car will only begin on your 17th birthday. With the form, you will be given complete instructions on how to fill out the application. These instructions should be read very carefully so as to complete the form correctly, else the application will be returned to you |

Applying for the Practical Driving Test
| You MUST have passed your theory test before applying for your Practical Driving Test. Your certificate number will be required on your application.
You are ready to apply for your test when your instructor feels you are ready! Too many candidates arrive unprepared for the test, only to be disappointed when they don't pass. You can get one of these forms from your instructor or from any Driving Test Centre. The test can then be booked:-
